Our Saturday French courses foster the development of the ability to communicate spontaneously with native speakers. They primarily aim at building the four language skills — speaking, listening, writing and reading — as defined in our curriculum framework.
Our methodology allows you to continuously practice your new language skills in real-life communication contexts.
Our curriculum framework
Our curriculum is aligned with l’Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français , which precisely describe what learners are able to do in French in a wide variety of everyday situations. It establishes the standard for describing, assessing and recognizing French language competencies.
The program includes 12 levels divided into three stages :
Beginner: Levels 1 to 4.
Intermediate: Levels 5 to 8.
Advanced: Levels 9 to 12.
It specifies what learners can do in each of the four skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Placement test
If you have already been exposed to French in any way, it is essential to take a placement test. Our courses focus on communication while maintaining a solid grammatical foundation.
The test is free (approximately 20 minutes), and you will be asked to send us your result certificate once completed.
