Our English courses promote the development of the ability to communicate spontaneously with native speakers. Our methodology allows you to constantly practice your new language skills in real communicative contexts.
Our curriculum is aligned with the Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) , which describe what learners are able to accomplish in English in a wide range of everyday situations. The CLB are recognized as Canada’s official standards for describing, assessing and recognizing second-language proficiency.
The CLB are divided into 12 levels of progression and four language skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Our approach is based on the idea that a language is learned above all by using it. Students develop their English skills through constant exposure to the language and active use in meaningful, real-life contexts.
Grammar is introduced naturally through authentic communication situations. It supports and clarifies language use, helping learners gradually improve their accuracy, fluency and confidence.
Learning happens through action: observing, understanding, trying, adjusting and reusing. Students are encouraged to experiment with the language through guided exchanges, role-plays, communicative tasks and short projects before rules are formalized and explained by the teacher when relevant.
If you have already been exposed to English in any way, it is essential to take a placement test. Our courses focus on communication while maintaining a solid grammatical foundation.
The test is free (approximately 20 minutes), and you will be asked to send us your result certificate once completed.
