All our courses are taught by instructors who are also official examiners and/or certified markers, trained according to the standards of the certifying institutions. Cancellation and rescheduling policy
Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be communicated to both the instructor and the center at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Any change or cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance, or any unreported absence, will result in the full session being charged.
This policy ensures fair schedule management, respects instructors’ time, and guarantees resource availability for all students.
