Study Permit Application

Outside of Canada

To obtain the letters of acceptance stating you will be studying full-time at our Language School for up to 1 year, we ask for a minimum payment of 12 weeks of class, the one-time school registration fee ($100) and the 150$ admission letter fee. We will then issue the official letters and send them to you electronically.

Inside of Canada

If you are in Canada and wish to extend your study permit or transfer from a tourist visa to a study permit, we ask for a minimum payment of 12 weeks of class, the one-time school registration fee ($100) and the 150$ admission letter fee.

Note

Should your visa be refused by the Canadien government, a full refund will be made, minus the non-refundable school registration fee (100$). and the 150$ admission letter fee. It is very important to clearly indicate in your application form if the student is different from the payee, as we refund the payee.

Steps

After receiving the letters of acceptance, the first step is to apply for the CAQ (Certificate of Acceptance for Quebec) which normally takes 20 business days to be issued. Then when you have received your CAQ please apply for your study permit at the nearest Canadian Embassy.

Note

It usually takes 3-4 months to receive an answer for the study permit, therefore please take this into consideration when you choose the start date at the Language School. Students can only come to Canada 30 days before the start date.
